Consuming CPU-time after closing Adobe Reader

Adobe Reader (now 11.0.07) remains in Taskmanager of Windows 8 (64bit) after closing the program. Each program start creates two additional Reader- instances in taskmanager, which consume substancial cpu-time. When deleting in taskmanager manually: all is ok. But it is not practicable after each usage of Adobe Reader to delete processes in the taskmanager.

How to prevent Adobe Reader from "forgetting" the processes after exiting?
